1.The Prizes
Two prize packages, each an entire year of relaxation at Avant Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs:
- Prize Package A: 12 monthly 60 minute massages with Tara Hamilton. Approximate retail value $900.
- Prize Package B: 12 monthly 60 minute massages with Jess. Approximate retail value $900.
Two winners will be drawn. The first winner drawn chooses Tara's or Jess's package; the second winner receives the other. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are transferable as a gift, limited to one massage per calendar month, must be scheduled directly with Avant Massage Therapy, and must be used within 12 months of the drawing. Prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for other services.
2.How to Enter
There are three ways to enter. Every entry has an equal chance of winning.
Donate online (fastest): Give at give.isopen.us using the donate button, then claim your entries by submitting the entry form linked on that page with the same name and email you donated under. Donations are not entered automatically. A donation that is never claimed through the entry form receives no entries and remains an ordinary charitable donation. Support levels:
Amounts stack. For example, $200 earns 40 entries and $75 earns 11 entries ($50 tier plus $25 tier).
Give cash in person: Fill out a paper entry slip with Dan Moses or a fundraiser volunteer. The slip is your claim; your entries are logged the same day using the levels above.
Enter free: No donation is necessary to enter or win. Submit one free entry per person for the entire giveaway using the free entry form linked at give.isopen.us, or mail a 3x5 card with your name, phone, and email to the address available from the contact below. Limit one free entry per person. Every entry, donated or free, has the same chance per entry.
3.The Drawing
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be contacted by phone and email and have 72 hours to claim their prize before an alternate winner is drawn.
4.Eligibility and Legal
- Open to legal residents of Colorado, 18 years or older. Massages are redeemed in person at Avant Massage Therapy, 1353 S 8th St, Suite 102, Colorado Springs, CO.
- Members of the Moses household and massage therapists of Avant Massage Therapy are not eligible to win.
- NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This is a promotional giveaway, not a raffle or lottery. Void where prohibited.
- This giveaway is organized by the Moses family of Colorado Springs. Prizes generously donated by Avant Massage Therapy. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the United States Association of Blind Athletes, GiveLively, Facebook, PayPal, or Cash App.
- Donations claimed for entries may not be tax deductible; consult your tax advisor. Donations made without claiming entries are ordinary charitable donations.
